The European Year of Skills in the 21st Career Day in Patras

DYPA integrates the highly significant field of upskilling into the "Career Days" organised throughout Greece. At the same time in a especially designed stand, DYPA informs citizens about the European Year of Skills 2023.

Saturday, October 21, 2023 the 21st DYPA "Career Day" was organised in Patras with the participation of more than 47 businesses seeking for suitable labour force to staff over 1.000 jobs in the capital of Achaia and the wider area.

When attending the event all interested citizens had the opportunity to participate in employment counselling workshops choosing between subject areas such as:

•          How to create an effective CV?

•          How to effectively prepare for a job interview?

•          What are the key steps towards a successful business idea?

•          Social media and the search for a job

Workshops are free of charge and carried out by DYPA's specialised counsellors.
